To provide property management services, including leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and owner reporting;
To communicate with you by phone, email, and text message about rent, maintenance, lease updates, and general notices;
To respond to your inquiries and service requests; and
To comply with applicable laws and our legal obligations.

SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive service-related and informational text messages from Thompson Property Management LLC. These may include rent reminders, maintenance and scheduling updates, lease and compliance notices, and direct communications between property managers, tenants, prospects, and team members.

Consent: You will only receive text messages after you provide express consent (in writing, verbally, or electronically). Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and our communications with you.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out: You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No sharing of mobile information for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent ("mobile information") with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers (such as our messaging platform) strictly as needed to deliver the messages you have requested, and as required by law. No mobile opt-in data is shared with third parties for marketing.

How we share information

We may share information with trusted service providers who perform services on our behalf (for example, our communications platform, payment processors, and maintenance vendors), only to the extent necessary to provide our services, and with parties to whom you direct us to disclose information. As stated above, we do not share mobile opt-in or text messaging consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
