Thompson Property Management LLC sends text messages from 833-270-2492 only to our current tenants and contractors who have agreed to receive them. We never send marketing texts. There are two ways to opt in.
When a tenant signs a lease, or a contractor starts work with us, we ask them to complete this form. It can be signed on paper or returned by email to thompsonmgm@protonmail.com.

If someone gives us their mobile number by phone or in person, we read this script before sending any text, and we record the date and time they said yes:

Every new subscriber receives this confirmation:
